1. Formwork

There are two alternative types of Vietnam plywood suitable for construction formwork: MR commercial plywood and WBP commercial plywood.
2. Furniture
Vietnamese plywood finds widespread application in furniture production. Varieties such as Birch face plywood, Okume face plywood, Bintago face Plywood are readily available in Vietnam. Birch plywood, particularly, has gained traction in the US market due to anti-dumping measures against Chinese plywood. Common furniture items crafted from Vietnamese plywood include cabinets, tables, sofas, chairs, and shelves, with the quality of these products being well-received by customers in the US and Europe.
3. Packaging and pallet
Another prominent application of Vietnamese plywood is in the packaging and pallets sector. With good quality and competitive pricing, Vietnamese plywood has gained popularity in countries like India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand. Various types of plywood from Vietnam are suitable for packaging and pallets:

- LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber)
3. Boat industry
In the boat manufacturing sector, Vietnamese plywood fulfills quality standards, particularly when used as marine plywood bonded with Phenolic glue. This type of plywood boasts enhanced durability, even when exposed to water immersion. Among the plywood varieties suitable for this purpose are Film faced plywood and commercial plywood with phenolic glue
4. Some other general uses in the construction
In addition to the aforementioned uses, Vietnamese plywood finds application in various construction processes such as sub-walls, sub-floors, and sub-roofs, where appearance isn’t a primary concern.
